Middletown Self Storage Adds 120 New Units

The former 'Sturm's' building at 875 Aquidneck Ave. has been acquired by Middletown Self Storage and renovated to provide its customers with additional storage lockers. The 15000 square foot building was purchased from Linx, Inc., a plumbing supply company this past year. Owners Bob and Jonna Reed have gutted the building and changed its use to storage units. The project was finished in early January 2017 and immediately prepped for occupancy. Happy customers have said,"(It is) clean and bright, just like the original building!" Manager Katrin Busche adds, "...customers have been waiting for additional units to come available for a few years, and it looks like they will have their wish now!"
